Pizza dough ball
Our dough can be spread by hand as in the video below, or rolled with a rolling pin to the desired size and thickness. A one pound (454g) ball of dough will make a single large pizza or two smaller thin crust pizzas.
A crust can be formed by hand at the edge of of the pizza as in the video or not as the maker chooses.

Ingredients: gluten free flour (white bean flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, xanthan gum), water, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, yeast, salt
