Make it GF is a dedicated gluten free and nut free facility.

Our flour is a proprietary mix of raw white bean flour (we grind our own flour from navy beans purchased from Webstaurant.com or Hillcrest Foods, Inc), tapioca starch, potato starch (sourced from Hillcrest Foods or David Rosen Distributors), and xanthan gum (sourced from Hillcrest Foods or David Rosen Distributors).
