Make it GF is a dedicated gluten free and nut free facility.

Our patent pending flour is a proprietary mix of raw white bean flour (sourced from Harvest Innovations), tapioca starch, potato starch and xanthan gum (all sourced from Bob's Red Mill.)

Please note the following allergen information:

Harvest Innovations produces its raw white bean flour in a facility that also processes soy. The flour is thoroughly cooked in our processing.

Bob's Red Mill processes its starches and xanthan gum is a facility that also processes soy and tree nuts.
