Make it GF is a dedicated gluten free and nut free facility.

Our patent pending flour is a proprietary mix of raw white bean flour (sourced from Harvest Innovations), tapioca starch, potato starch and xanthan gum (all sourced from Bob's Red Mill.)

Please note the following allergen information:

Harvest Innovations produces its raw white bean flour in a facility that also processes soy. the flour is tested prior to shipping to establish the level of soy present. The flour is certified to contain less than 5ppm of soy. The flour is thoroughly cooked in our processing.

Bob's Red Mill processes its starches and xanthan gum is a facility that also processes soy and tree nuts.
